Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 2, 2026
This policy describes what you agree not to do with SeekrX. It's part of our Terms of Service, and violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree not to:
- Use SeekrX for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Provide career information you know to be false in order to have SeekrX represent it to you as fact — SeekrX polishes the wording of your real experience, it doesn't fabricate experience, and it can only stay accurate if the source information you give it is accurate.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or create an account on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
- Use documents generated by SeekrX to misrepresent your qualifications, credentials, or work history to an employer. You're responsible for reviewing and standing behind anything you choose to submit.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract SeekrX's job-listing data, scoring output, or underlying software for use in a competing product or service.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with subscription, payment, or access controls.
- Abuse the Service's automation — for example, creating multiple accounts to exceed plan limits, or submitting excessive automated requests that degrade the Service for other customers.
- Upload malicious files (malware, scripts, or similar) via the resume upload or any other input in the Service.
- Use SeekrX to harass, defraud, or harm any other person or organization.
